The first step is to check availability by country in the Virtual Numbers service section of our website or in the Services and credits by country screen of the account control panel.
If the service is available in the country of destination, it is necessary to contact support through the established channels.
It will be possible to assign credits in a few days for the following destinations:
Spain
Chile
Mexico
United States of America/Puerto Rico/Canada
For other destinations it will be necessary to send a request to our support team which will be answered with more information on the specific case regarding availability, requirements, costs and delivery times.
