A Concatenated SMS is a message that exceeds the set character capacity and it is necessary to send the message in parts or segments. The recipient will see the Concatenated SMS as a single message but each part or segment has a unit cost depending on the destination country.
It is possible to send Standard (over 160 characters), Unicode (over 70 characters) or Certified Concatenated SMS messages.
In the section Services and credits per country you can consult the cost in credits of a segment of a Concatenated SMS according to the destination country. It is also possible to consult the price per segment in the Prices section of our website. In all WebSMS sending forms, the type of SMS to be sent and the credits that each sending will consume are indicated.
