LabsMobile platform offers a link shortening service (with the format labsmo.bi/XXXXXXX) sent in the text of the messages and also counting and monitoring the clicks produced on these links.
To have the information on the clicks, it is essential to send links shortened by LabsMobile with the domain labsmo.bi and the commented format. It is possible to send links created in different sections (Attachments, Landings, etc.) or through the Replace Links functionality of the Account settings. This feature is also activated with the shortlink field in the submission through the API.
If shortened links have been sent, you can see the clicks count made on each message in the account History. In addition, by selecting the search type as Clicks, you will be able to see all the data of each click. More information at ¿What information is obtained from each click?.
There is also a section on Click statistics only for those messages or campaigns sent with properly shortened links.
