Any top-up or credit purchase has a validity of 18 months (a year and a half). At the end of this period any credits remaining on the account balance will be withdrawn.
In this way, a user can estimate consumption for several months and make a larger purchase, obtaining better prices for volume and reducing the number of transactions.
