The email address to receive any alerts or notifications can be updated in the section My user of the account.
It is possible to set more than one email separated by commas and in this case all addresses will receive all notifications.
Possible notifications are:
- Balance alerts.
- Confirmation of purchases or recharges.
- Errors in sending messages.
- Invoice sending.
- Help and Support.
- Promotions and news.
- Pricing changes.
- Unsubscribe from recipients.
- Activity reports.
