What is the anti-duplicate filter?

The anti-duplicate filter avoids sending messages with the same content to the same recipient.


The platform detects as a duplicate from the second message with the same text sent to the same destination number for 60 minutes. These messages will be tagged as duplicates, will not be sent to the recipient, and will not generate any credit consumption.


It is possible to enable/disable this anti-duplicate filter in the Account settings.
