It is possible to change the user's password in the section My user of the account.
In the case of having lost or not remembering the account password, it is possible to establish a new one using the Reset password. Entering the user's email will be sent a message to continue with the new password process.
The new password must meet the following requirements:
- Length of 12 characters.
- It must contain at least one digit.
- It must contain at least one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter.
We recommend:
- Change the account password every 6 months (at least).
- Use API tokens to authenticate any API integration. This measure does not expose the general password of the account and it is not necessary to change the configuration of the API integration in case of changing the password.
